No Doubt Concert

Jonathan and I went on a cool date to see No Doubt in concert. The benefit of being older when you go to concerts?? You may not look as cool as the 20-somethings, but at least you can afford better seats. ;o) We had a great time, and have already decided that we should do concerts more often. This was our first....well, other than a Cher concert that we had free tickets to in Florida. But, does that really count??

Fun in the Sun

One of our first of many hot days, we tried to figure out what we could outside, AND stay cool. So, we started with a little frog sprinkler - which Gabriel enjoyed enough. It couldn't keep me cool enough. So, we next turned on our sprinkler system and just ran through them - which was actually a lot of fun. I also invested $5 in a slip-n-slide, which Gabriel thinks is the coolest. Now we have also added a local water park and Mimi's swimming pool to our weekly list of things-to-do-to-stay-cool.

End of the Year Program

Gabriel's preschool has an end of the year program where the 4 year olds "graduate". I got a little teary-eyed, and Gabriel still has a couple of years before he "graduates". I only took a couple of pics, but we have some video that I will try to get on the blog soon.

Myrtle Beach

We took a little vacation with Jonathan's parents back at the end of May. I've been a little slow getting the pictures up, but here is a slide show of some of our trip. It was cold and rainy for the first couple of days, but then we got to the beach one good day, and everyone got pretty bad sunburns - except Gabriel. All in all it was a very nice trip.
