Gabriel Starts Pre-K

The time has come for our baby to start school. Pre-K that is. He is gone so long each day...it took some getting used to how quiet it is around the house. He has also started playing soccer twice a week, so needless to say the boy is pretty tired every day now. He is really enjoying both, and Jonathan and I are really having fun watching this new stage in his life. We love getting to go watch him play sports. Fun! I will post a blog on his soccer soon.

4th of July in CT

We went up to Connecticut for our annual 4th of July trip. We got to see most of the family, and Gabriel had a blast playing with all of his cousins. There are ton of kids, so he gets to burn out his energy when we are up there. It makes us feel sad that he misses out on growing up near his cousins. We also got to spend time with the other two Luca-age little ones, Eliana and Lucia. They are all about 3 months from each other. Jonathan and I were even able to sneak away for a night and lock ourselves in a nice hotel in downtown Stamford....we totally relaxed and had a fantastic time.

June Pics

I'm soooo behind! So, in June, Bacca Ma (Jonathan's mother) came down for a visit and took some great pictures for us. While she was here, we (Jonathan and I) surprised Gabriel and took him to the beautiful Fox Theater in Atlanta, to see David Copperfield. We had a blast...and of course he looked so cute! We also went to a summer party next door, and Gabriel had a blast playing in the pool and the slip and slide.

I think this is SUCH a cool picture of Gabriel!! You can totally see what he will look like when he's older. Watch out ladies!!
